21 May Update: Submission Deadline is Tomorrow, 12pm
Hi everyone!
We’re almost to the end of the COVID-19 Idea Sprint! Don’t forget that the deadline to submit is tomorrow, 22 May, at 12pm SGT. Demo Day will be taking place on Saturday, 23 May, 2-4pm.
Whether or not you’ll be presenting, if you’d like to see what other people have been working on, Register to attend Demo Day here
If you’d like to demo your project, Register your interest to present at Demo Day here.
We have up to fourteen 5-minute presentation slots for Demo Day, and will be shortlisting presenters tomorrow afternoon, after all DevPost submissions are in. We will let everyone who has indicated interest to present know by tomorrow evening if you have been shortlisted. To help us shortlist your project, we recommend the following in your submission:
- Include a working prototype or proof of concept that you can demonstrate in the presentation.
- Explain what you envision the next steps for your project to be, and what follow-ups with the government may be needed
- If you haven’t already, contextualize your project to address COVID-19 opportunities and challenges in Singapore
- Include your presentation materials (slides/videos/demo) and details on what you will be demonstrating in your presentation.
Regardless of whether you are presenting or not, all submissions on DevPost will be looked through, so do make sure you update your DevPost submissions. Any incomplete submissions will be hidden after the deadline. Thanks for being on this journey with us so far and looking forward to seeing all your submissions!
