17 May Update - Demo Day with senior government leaders on Saturday, 23rd May 2-4pm

Hi everyone,

Hope you’re having a good weekend, and are making progress on your prototypes and demos! We’ve confirmed Demo Day on Saturday, 23rd May 2-4pm.

We’re holding this Demo Day to give you the opportunity to showcase the prototype/solution that you’ve built. We’ve invited senior public sector representatives in charge of our COVID-19 tech response and who would be able to scale your solutions to help Singapore’s COVID-19 efforts.

As such, you’re invited to present your working demos at this Demo Day to government representatives including:

Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister-in-charge of Smart Nation

Dr Janil Puthucheary, Senior Minister of State, Minister-in-charge of Govtech

Mr Ng Chee Khern, Permanent Secretary (Smart Nation and Digital Government Group)

Mr Tan Kok Yam, Deputy Secretary (Smart Nation and Digital Government Group)

.. as well as other government representatives from Open Government Products, GovTech, MOH, MCCY, and HDB.

During the Demo Day, you will have 5 minutes to present your demo, followed by Q&A with the government representatives. We will be sending out more detailed instructions and a slot sign-up sheet by early next week, so stay tuned! In the meantime, do block out your calendars for 23rd May, 2-4pm.
